The owner’s private office is located in a detached barn house approximately 200 feet from the main guest home. While the owner has access to the grounds, he does not enter or approach the guest farmhouse. The office operates independently and does not interfere with guest privacy or experience in any way.

Please note that while Param Farms is available for standard overnight stays as listed, use of the exterior grounds for events, filming, photo shoots, or gatherings beyond the immediate pool and firepit area requires prior approval and incurs an additional rental fee. The base reservation does not include full access to the farm grounds, open fields, or exterior structures for production or event use.
