For the majority of our reservations, we require a security deposit that will be refunded to the guest after our housekeeping team reports no damages upon check out. The housekeeping team uploads detailed before and after photos after each clean to provide evidence of the property state. If damage is reported, our team will evaluate the cost to cover it and deduct it from the security deposit.
Yes. Guests can contact us 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to respond to emergencies. We will then talk with the guest to determine how to proceed. Many times we can solve the problem over the phone.
Yes. We can pay your utilities and bill it to you at the end of the month.
