Two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed with a Smart TV.  The master bedroom has a King size bed and a Smart TV of its own. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the secondary bathroom has a shower-tub combo. The family room is outfitted with a Smart TV over the fireplace. The home has free WiFi throughout the entire property. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances with cooking essentials. There is a dining area that seats four. The home also has a laundry closet with a washer and dryer for guest use. The backyard is not fenced but offers outdoor deck seating. Parking is available on the driveway, which may accommodate 1-2 cars. The garage is inaccessible to guests. Please be mindful to not block access and do not park on the grass. We set out a welcome basket with snacks and K pods for the Keurig coffee maker. This is a non-smoking property, not suitable for events, children are welcome. Pets are considered, and pet fees apply.

A 5% discount is applied to all stays beyond a week, and a 10% discount is reflected for stays beyond 30 nights.

A 15% discount is applied on stays within 7 days of Check-in.
