We are using a leading vacation rental software that provides us with a universal calendar that unifies all the properties that we manage on all OTA’s. Once a reservation is confirmed, it blocks the calendar for the dates on all other OTA’s and triggers an email to our team to take action.

We take care of that with the help of our in-house housekeeping team.

If you lack the time or expertise needed for day-to-day management of your property, an expert property manager can help you make a big difference in your investment success.

We charge 25% of the total income per month. So technically you will not pay anything. Once a month you will receive a report and payment of 75% of the total income and we will keep 25% as our fee.

We are locally owned and operated. Thus, we will be hands-on and around the corner to handle any emergencies during a guest stay.

We have a major presence on all OTA’s  where we post up to 20 attractive photos of your property, information & directions. Our Web Development department takes care of online development and site management to ensure our clients that their property is getting the optimal exposure available online.

We make every effort to ensure your funds are received no later than the 15th of the current month. You have a user account on Streamline. Owner X Portal is the android IOS desktop app for owners to see everything about the unit listing, calendar and income statements.

For the majority of our reservations, we require a $500 deposit that will be refunded to the guest after our housekeeping team reports no damages upon check out. The housekeeping team uploads detailed before and after photos after each clean to provide evidence of the property state.  If damage is reported, our team will evaluate the cost to cover it and deduct it from the security deposit.

Yes. Guests can contact us 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to respond to emergencies. We will then talk with the guest to determine how to proceed. Many times we can solve the problem over the phone.

Yes. We can pay your utilities and bill it to you at the end of the month.

No, you are protected from any guest calls and emails. We will manage all guest communications and ensure they follow all the rules.
