The fully furnished home sleeps six guests comfortably. There is a king-size bed in the primary bedroom with its own private bathroom. The two remaining guest rooms each have a queen-size bed and share a guest bathroom. There are two smart TVs, one in the living room and the second in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with essential kitchenware and cookware. We set out a welcome tray with snacks, tea bags, and pods for the Farberware K Cups coffee maker. This is a non-smoking property. Children are welcome! Pets are considered and require approval before check-in. Be aware of liabilities, as there is no fencing and the road is near the house. *This property includes all utilities, internet, lawn care, and pest services. Ideally suited for home sellers caught between properties or homeowners displaced by insurance claims. This property is for short-term rental (in daily increments for as many nights as needed). We welcome extended stays!

Family-owned and operated since 1901, Oakhurst has a rich farming tradition operating as a cattle and hay farm. In 2005 we opened the Event Center to share our piece of southern elegance and charm with all who stepped on the land. The Event Center is on the farm's 10-acre lake and features 2 acres of gardens.  It can provide indoor or outdoor events including Weddings, Reunions, Corporate Events, or other Special Events.
 
In 2012 we started expanding on the Agritourism aspect of the farm.  We now operate a U-Pick operation from late March through June with strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries.  There are vegetable sales throughout the summer with locally grown produce and we offer beef sales from our Red Angus herd year-round. We open the farm again in October for our Fall Daze which includes the pumpkin patch and Corn Maze.  
 
We are centrally located off I-185 within driving distance of Pine Mountain, Lagrange, Columbus, West Point, and Auburn/Opelika.  Listed below are numerous things to do in the area or sit back and enjoy the views and activities of everyday farm life.
