The property features 4 bedrooms, 3 bath rooms, staged to welcome up to eight guest. The backyard is a serene sanctuary that's frequently visited by deer and turkey, adding to the tranquil ambiance of this spacious and comfortable home. Sleeping arrangements include two queen beds, one king in the master suite, and a fourth room with two twins plus a trundle mattress. The home has free WiFi throughout the entire property. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances with cooking essentials and a laundry room with a washer and dryer for guest use. We provide cream, sugar, and a choice of pour-over/french press or Keurig coffee makers for your convenience. This property is not pet friendly, per the homeowner's request, no pets are allowed.

*This property includes all utilities, internet, lawn care, and pest services. Ideally suited for home sellers caught between properties or homeowners displaced by insurance claims. This property is for short-term rental (in daily increments for as many nights as needed). We welcome extended stays!

**Guests are welcome to make use of the tree house in the backyard, children must be supervised. Suites Stays Atlanta property management is not liable for injuries. Please use care and caution while having fun and enjoying the property!

***Mid-Stay Clean
Stays beyond 30 nights incur the $179 cost of a bi-weekly mid-stay clean to be collected through AirBNBs resolution center. This is a maintenance requirement in an effort to upkeep the listing as marketed. The mid-stay clean includes the replenishment of linens and toiletries. Excludes organizing/cleaning personal belongings. Scheduling is arranged at your convenience, you do not need to present for the clean to be fulfilled.

Parking is available on the driveway and accommodates 3-5 vehicles. This is a non-smoking property, not suitable for events, children are welcome. Pets are considered, and pet fees apply. 

All closets & drawers are available + plenty of space in other closets throughout the house. *Owner closet under the stairs and attic are locked.

A 5% discount is applied to all stays beyond a week, and a 10% discount is reflected for stays beyond 30 nights.
